3.3 Account Balance

Funds deposited into your ek44 account cannot be transferred to a third party. The account balance does not earn any interest or profit. Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at ek44 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Bonus example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳16,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making your total balance ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Wagering example: For a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

  • Each player may claim each promotion once only.
  • If ek44 finds evidence of fraudulent bonus use, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
  • Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be completed first.
  • Using bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.

ek44 has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's consistent activity and participation on the Platform. Specific terms may apply to receiving cashback, and these may change from time to time.

VIP benefits will be added to the account as cashback. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback. ek44 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

Account Closure & Termination

10.1 Closure by User

Dispute Resolution & Contact

In the case of disputes regarding game results, server logs and game history will be considered as final evidence.

12.1 Entire Agreement
